ValuSource Cannot Connect to the Internet Error
If you are getting this error message the steps below will help. This usually happens when your firewall or anti-virus is blocking the connection.
Below are a list of sites that need to be whitelisted on your firewall to access the software:
If any of these sites are blocked, you will need to unblock them as they are needed in order to have a connection to our server.
Add an exception to your anti-virus software such as windows defender, MacAfee, Malwarebytes etc. to allow our software to run. There are so many anti-virus programs out there you may also need to consult your IT team or Google in order to follow steps in how to achieve this.
