    How To Copy Cell As Text Value Not Formula In Excel?

    When you are copying and pasting values in Excel, the program will also copy the formula. Follow these simple steps to copy a cell as a text value without the formula.

    Step 1

    1. Select the range you want to copy as text value only, and press Ctrl + C.

    2. Click to select a blank cell for placing the copied cells.
