    Can’t Import RMA 2020 Data Into My Analysis

    RMA changed the data format from previous years which made our software need an update. Follow these steps to make sure you have the latest version.

    Step 1

    Open your ValuSource software and click on any of the valuation products such as BVM Pro, Valusource Pro Etc.

    Step 2

    If the software calls for an update, you will need to do so in order to get the RMA data. Currently, 8.22.0.1 is the latest version (As of 1/12/2021).

    Step 3

    If the software does not ask you to update, try and re-importing the RMA 2020 data.
